May Bank Holiday Lunch

We had our first Bank Holiday in Ireland on May 5. So, even if we stayed at home, we managed to cook some good meal:)). A little bit of caprese (organic tomatoes + mozzarella + olive oil + oregano), some grilled Romanian sausages from the Polish Store:)) and, of course, a lot of grilled baby potatoes, peppers and chestnut mushrooms. All garnished with beer. Beeeeeers.
